1. Yogurt with fruits
All you need for this combination is a good yogurt and some chopped fruits. You can use bananas, strawberries, oranges, kiwis, and any other type of fruit combination you like. Such a breakfast should give you energy for a good several hours period. And it is a great way to start the day.
2. Sandwiches with cheese and ham
This is a classic but it is easy to make and very nutritious. Try to use integral bread and even toast it if you can. This will make your sandwich even healthier. You can even find vegan cheese if you are following such a diet.
3. Cereal with milk
Children love cereal with milk and they have many reasons to do so. You can go for simple corn flakes with milk or oatmeals and any other cereal. And you can even warm them up in the cold winter mornings.

The advantage of muffins is that you can cook them in the evening for the next days. As morning comes, grab one or two muffins and heat them up to eat them before work day starts.
